Jamestown Beach Event Park

Nice beach, nice picnic area, fishing pier, kayak rental, bathrooms, concessions. My teenage daughters & I had a great day visiting. Would love to go back.

First time visiting this beach and I like it. It wasn't overcrowded. There were grills you could use to cook and picnic tables to set at. I love the fact that they have a crew cleaning up around the clock to ensure the beach stays clean. There is a little booth there that you can purchase a snack like hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, etc. Wish they had a little shop that could purchase a towel or flip flops.i will be going back.

This beach is incredible. We were able to walk out into the water so far and still could touch. I felt like I was in a movie. It was so fun and the water was warm. I'm talking warm enough that I could just easily walk in the water with comfort. It was like warm bath water and the people there were really nice as well.

Paddle boarding fun. No lifeguard but very low water. Lots of tables. Bathrooms and changing rooms. A snack Store available. Showers are available. Parking plenty.

Great place to go for the day also quite a unique river beach from the scenery to wild life
