    Nick Z and all the employees took really good care of my car while replacing the pcu. I definitely recommend this shop they are all very friendly and answer any question needed. Thank you for servicing my car and I will definitely come back when needed :)

    I have gone to this Firestone location twice now and both times I have been thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Aaron is the store manager and he seems like a genuine great guy. He helped me both times and is friendly and personable. He has been extremely fair in pricing and providing me any discounts they offer, including a first responder discount, which is awesome that they offer this. On my first visit, my wife’s car needed two new tires. Aaron didn’t try to sell me a bunch of bull and told me up front he’d go to the place I purchased them and use the warranty. He could have easily just made a sale if all he wanted was business. I appreciate honesty and fairness. Based on my two experiences there to date, they now have a dedicated customer and Aaron is definitely the reason why.

    The proprietors are as good looking as they are welcoming! I failed to give them sufficient notice to prepare one of their signature Northern Neck dishes for lunch so they took me for lunch at the car wash. Sadly, we took their car so mine is still dirty. But the fish of the day and she crab soup were delicious. The fresh beet salad (while not everyone’s cup of tea) was fantastic as was the sweet tea. No true southerner can resist him some sweet tea. If you’re ever in the area, give Keith and Natalie a holler. If they hear ya, you’ll get fed or taken ...
