  Really enjoyed my stay the weekend. The staff was very attentive to all of my needs. Definitely will stay here again.

  Stayed here for a long Valentine’s Day weekend.
  We really enjoyed our room and the bed is soooo very comfortable.
  The customer service and the hotel staff was absolutely amazing.
  Everything you ask they reply “ My Pleasure “ it’s very refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service.
  The pool was nice but it was cold .... we stilled enjoyed the time in. The work out room was great also.
  Kudos to Mona she is a new employee and she rocks.
  Thanks Hyatt House staff for an amazing stay.
  Will definitely recommend, will definitely return.

  First of all, the staffs here are very friendly. I stayed for three nights, and I enjoyed it. During the third day (after the second night) in the afternoon, my "neighbors" were pretty loud in the hallway. They had rooms across the hallway and opened their doors yelling. Kids were running without being considerate to others. We were working so we had to call the front desk, and the staff kindly promised they would take care of this. Unfortunately, after a while, the situation was still pretty much the same, so we called again. The front desk offered another room for us! I would like to thank Matthew C. (I hope I remember right for the last name initial) for his offer, and he even asked if we need help moving.
  
  The rooms were clean, but the room for the third night had a strange/interesting smell, and the hotel used a strong freshener that I am a bit allergic to it.
  
  There were still some people who didn't care about wearing masks in public areas but this was not the hotel's fault, and the staffs were already busy enough to handle other things, I believe, but I wish there could be a way to enforce that, or maybe remind the customers when the staffs see that.

  The staff were always friendly. The room was clean, and everything worked as they should. We were informed at check-in that there would be no housekeeping due to COVID but we were only staying 2 nights so that’s fine. They did a fairly good job with the grab-and-go breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet, yet just a short drive to food and shopping, and about 20 minutes to downtown Chicago (if you care to deal with the city drivers!) We really enjoyed our stay and we won’t hesitate to choose Hyatt House Oak Brook again the next time we take a trip to Chicago!

  Friendly, professional, and gave me a loan as a brand new customer when Bank of Lancaster wouldn't even though I was in good standings and had been a customer with them for over ten years. Union First Market Bank is the Bank for me.
