  I needed to have my pressure washer repair and I headed to this store even though it was an Hour and 20 away i would not change a thing! Staff was great and service as well, they did everything in their power to help me and I am grateful for that. If I had to make the trip again I would do it in a heartbeat knowing that they will do their best to better assist me! And just to let you know they resolved my problem!

  Sunday my wife and I purchased a range, microwave and dishwasher. Monday John and his dad showed up and immediately installed the range and microwave. When a problem occurred installing the dishwasher because of a corroded water line, they worked the entire rest of the day and even came back in the morning ( 30 miles round trip) with Jay the owner to complete and test the installation at no extra charge.
  The team was diligent and professional and wonderful to have in our home. Very impressed and grateful. I will continue to be their customer.

  I have been dealing with the Sears Store Manager Jay for several years and have always been treated with the utmost courtesies. I have bought several tractors and appliances, tools and supplies from him. He is great to work with and I have always found him to be a customer oriented manager. I highly recommend dealing with the Sears hometown store in Kilmarnock, VA.

  John was awesome and very knowledgeable... just bought a dryer for my sister for Christmas ... it's all hooked up and ready to go ... my sister is very happy and she loves her new Kenmore ...
