i Remodel & Design

We used i Remodel & Design for a Kitchen & Laundry room remodel. They were referred to us by a friend and we are grateful for the reference. Working with Tim and his team was great from the first consultations to the final inspection. Tim was always ready to answer any questions or find solutions to issues along the way. The team worked very hard all day for weeks straight and it shows. The craftmanship is amazing; the attention to detail was great; the professionalism all around made an otherwise intimidating process quite easy.

Our kitchen flooded after we moved into our new home and destroyed not only the kitchen but floors and basement as well. i Remodel & Design made remodeling our home an affordable and friendly experience. Esin and team were patient as we worked with insurance and helped us identify other replacement needs like doors. I interviewed over 6 companies, and i remodel and design won on price but also vision. We will be using them to update our basement once we recover from the kitchen remodel. HIGHLY Recommend!!

Tim and his crew took on our project within 24 hours of contacting them, at significantly less than what we were quoted by other comparable teams. The project was done within two days and looks perfect. We plan on using them for future projects and they definitely earned their A+ BBB rating and five star reviews!

We recently used iRemodel & Design for an extensive master bathroom remodel. The design was amazing and the quality of the renovation added real value to our home. The teams of people that worked on the various aspects of the renovation were professional, knowledgeable and produced quality work. While the project took longer than anticipated due to some unanticipated things, in the end it was exactly what we had hoped for and we plan to use them in the future for additional projects. We have already recommended to our neighbors and friends.

Our kitchen remodeling project was recently finished by i Remodel & Design. The entire project was extensive....from raising floors to removing a load-bearing back wall to completely demolishing, expanding and replacing our old kitchen and deck.
Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with both the building process and the final product.

Tim, Esin and the Mendez building team were great to work with...from start to finish. In addition to completing our extensive project with no cost overruns, they also were always on time (early morning start times) and they were meticulous in their building process.
