Very nice and pleasant not pushy let you look around if you wanted to. Answered any questions or just let your browse either way
This place is the definition of quaint. This farm market/restaurant is humble, yet the food is wholesome and delicious. Be patient and be prepared to stay a minute as the staff gets your order and prepares your food. It is so worth the wait. There is bread made from scratch, house made pastries and fresh juices, teas and coffees. Their Matcha is delish! Their soups and sandwiches are hearty and hit the spot.
I had the BEST waffle there, and I also loved their seasonal drink, chai nog!
A beautiful old style store with a diner. Reuben sandwich was amazing.
My boyfriend and I spontaneously stopped at Stoneybrook Farm Market out of curiosity on our way back from travel. It turned out to be a GREAT find! We received a warm greeting from a woman, who patiently answered our questions about what they sell, which includes fresh produce from their garden next door, homemade pies, muffins, breads, smoothies, fresh pressed juices, coffee, and sandwiches using their produce and breads. They also have a modest selection of various items for sale in their store area. We ended up staying and having a spontaneous healthy and tasty dinner on their cozy front porch with beautiful views of their garden and farm. Afterward, I bought some homemade banana bread to go. I love supporting small mom and pop businesses run by good people! I look forward to visiting Stoneybrook Farm Market again in the future. Fun Fact: They originally began as a produce stand in the parking lot and grew into the market they are today!
Stoneybrook Farm and Market. Кафе, Hillsboro. Что говорят хозяева Airbnb. Freshedst local produce, dairy, meats, baked goods, coffee, etc. A destination market and well worth the 15 minute drive from our house.

I suggest starting at Brassicas Farm Fresh Market & Cafe (39333 John Mosby Hwy, Aldie VA). Open 7am-6pm. From there head west to right on Snickersville Turnpike. Be sure to stop at the super cute Stoneybrook Farm and Market (37091 Charles Town Pike, Hillsboro VA).
Veggie burgers, lambwiches and fluffy egg sandwiches stand as a testament to Stoneybrook's organic onsite farming. The unbelievably pillowy buns are baked in-house; the eggs hail from the farm's hundred-odd hens; and, later this month, lettuce, onions and tomatoes will be harvested for every...

Spring Break and warmer weather has allowed winery/brewery exploration to begin again! Doukénie Winery's zip code states that it is in Purcellville, but it is closer to the tiny town of Hillsborough and thus could be paired with a trip to Stoneybrook Farm and Market, Old 690 Brewing Company...
We hopped in the car and high-tailed it to Stoneybrook Farm and Market for some breakfast. It was probably the best egg and provolone sandwich I've had in my life, and I gobbled it down in no time. Jerry opted to get us (he bought - thanks Jerry!) a cinnamon roll too, which was also unbelievably good.
