  I was looking for a vet clinic that was small enough to know you by name and not just a number. Dr. Woerner is awesome. My dog, Keira, went in for a small eye surgery and the vet and her tech, Tessa, felt her stomach was quite extended. They did an ultrasound right then and found 10 bladder stones. She didn't push me into doing surgery right away and tried other methods to get the stones to pass. It didn't work, so surgery was required. It went smooth and my girl was back to her self in no time. She's now going through other issues that Dr. W is working very hard to help her. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  We just moved to Round Hill a few months ago. I had a terrible experience with a local Veterinarian in regards to having one of my dog’s prescription refilled. I did not want to go through the hassle of traveling out of state to my previous Veterinarian to have it refilled. I found Tally Oaks through a Google search and gave Dr. Woerner a call. She was extremely helpful and has a very nice Veterinarian facility. We are so lucky to have found her and her practice. If you are looking for a brand new Veterinarian or just moved to the area and seek one you do not need to look any further!!!!

  A truly compassionate experience!
  
  We are SO glad we found Dr Woerner at Tally Oaks, who treats both our cats and pups! Her bedside manner, knowledge and options for treatment are top notch and I never feel pressured to select a treatment, she works with us through each situation. For instance, when our pup Kiara over-played and got a muscular injury in her shoulder, Dr Woerner worked gently through her pain, her fearfulness of strangers and helped us decide on laser therapy treatments with acupuncture instead of just pumping drugs into her and hoping for the best.
  
  Kiara is a very fearful dog and it was wonderful to be able to just sit on the floor with Dr Woerner while she did Kiara's treatments and have Kiara just relax and enjoy the appointment. She REALLY loved the combination of the laser and acupuncture and I'm SO thrilled that I was presented with ALL my options, not just shots to wait/see if that worked which would further traumatize my pup. With each passing treatment Kiara was more and more ready to just walk right in the office and lay on the floor for her laser and she LOVED it.
  
  I cannot recommend Tally Oaks/Dr Woerner enough, I feel like she hears our concerns, does thorough exams and treatments and isn't just after our money but is really and truly trying to find the best way to relieve an animal of their pain and help them feel better. It's reassuring to know when I call her that she a)actually knows who I am, b)knows which pet I'm talking to her about and c)is genuinely interested in making sure we get to the bottom of whatever their issues are and in the case of Kiara with this shoulder injury ~ she was incredibly honest about the difficulty of really pinpointing muscular injuries but how each and every treatment could impact/progress the healing process. That meant the world to me!

  Dr. Woerner is amazing. We are so lucky to have found her . Our pyranees mix puppy of 6 months was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. She had FCP surgery but still not right. We decided to take her to Dr. Woerner a few months ago. She did x-rays and found that she had dysplasia in her hip as well ( Al this and not even one year old).
  Dr Woerner started Mika on intense Laser treatment therapy and Adequan injections.
  Thanks to Dr.Woerner Mika is doing so much better. We have our puppy back , running and energetic and all thanks to her laser treatment and the Adequan injections.
  Dr Woerner really cares about her dog patients,she is completely hands on and always ready to do whatever is needed.
  We are so happy that we have our three dogs under her care.
