  I would like to start of by saying I am honestly not easy to please when it comes to hair cuts. More than once I've gotten to the end of a hair cut and told the barber to buzz it off. (Literally). Then I grew out my hair for a few years, tried (and failed) cutting it myself, and made the decision to find a barber I love. Having said all that, I got my hair cut by Young and will never go anywhere else! She made insightful recommendations for my hair type and was patient with me as I decided "a little shorter, yeah a little shorter " until I can say I am beyond satisfied with my haircut. As a person she is engaging and hilarious (come to find out she does stand up comedy) and I would only recommend Young Hair Studio for anybody looking for a great haircut.

  I got my hair done by Young last week and it was definitely the best hair experience I've ever had. She is extremely friendly, professional and entertaining. She made the appointment go by so quickly and made me feel so comfortable. I've been wanting to get a balyage for a while now, but I've been hesitant because I've never been able to find a stylist that has been consistent. I came in with a picture of the cut and color I wanted and it turned out identical! My friends have even commented on how great she did at executing just what I wanted. I'm so grateful that I've finally found a personable stylist that is incredible at her work. She's definitely my go-to and I can't wait to use her from now on!

  My hair was dry and damaged after being overprocessed earlier this summer, and I wanted to get my damaged ends chopped off, along with a more natural, subtle balayage for autumn. Young did an amazing job - she listened to me, and gave me exactly what I wanted! She explained to me what she was doing every step of the way, which was very reassuring. She toned my hair color, applied a glaze, and gave me a deep conditioning treatment which left my fried hair feeling so soft and healthy again! On top of that, she added layers for a flattering cut that made me feel like a brand new person! Young is also very personable and has a great sense of humor - she had so many funny, entertaining stories to share which made the time go so fast! Before I knew it, my hair was done and looked better than I had ever imagined. Young is very professional and talented, and I am so thrilled to have found such a wonderful local stylist!

  Young is detail oriented and makes sure you get the style you want, while also giving great suggestions for how to make the most of your style. She did beautiful highlights, suggesting the just right color, and it was perfect! Young is also very flexible with making an appointment that will fit your schedule, and has always made time for me. My littles ones have also received cute haircuts from Young, and always enjoyed their experience. Thanks Young!!

  Wow! Mrs. Young is devoted to her customers. She listens and is able to achieve the look you want because she is talented and smart. Very nice and upbeat person. My hair came out beautiful. She picked the right color for my hair, layered my hair skillfully and styled my hair in a fresh clean modern look.
