  I LOVE this gym. Everything about it is great. Super clean and organized. The locker room is always spotless when I'm there. The staff is also absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so nice. The guy who works the front desk at 5 am already knows me by name (I'm new) so that's a very nice touch. I also love that they don't have anything roped off as a "PERSONAL TRAINING ONLY" section. I was previously a member of LA Fitness and there were so many things they wouldn't allow you to use because it was designated for "personal trainers and clients" only. But here, they share everything which is awesome. The spin studio is amazing. I take Inna's class on Wednesday mornings and she's fantastic. Saturday mornings I go in at 7 am and do my own thing, so I love that they have the room open and available at any time. Really when it comes to gyms, it doesn't get any better than this place.

  Awesome and clean. Friendly staff. A positive vibe and a good workout done always. I love this place. The showers are 5 star.

  I started training with Coach McCants back in Nov of 2017. In that time he help me bring my body fat percentage down by 7%. I have gain 20 lbs of muscle and overall feel much better. Changing your lifestyle is hard and he has a very positive and balance approach to make it doable. He also creates workout you can do yourself, not crazy things that you would never do again. I am excited to see what I will accomplish in the next year. He will give you two free session, so try it out.
