  Great experience working with the staff at Great Gatherings in Ashburn. Desi, (sales) listened to us and worked within the organization to meet our needs for the tables we wanted, but also managing the process for getting delivery scheduled with our strict requirements. The Customer Service team was best I have experienced. They called after we completed our purchase to confirm all details. When it was nearing the delivery date, they kept us informed on the window for delivery and were spot on with their time. The delivery team on the truck were most professional and went beyond to ensure all details were taken care of. HIGHLY recommend visiting the Ashburn store.

  Love this store! As the name implies you will find here anything as small as a candle or carafe, to something as large as a pool table or outdoor dining set, to something in between like tabletop games. Fun to visit whether you are shopping for something specific or just getting ideas.

  I wanted to take a few minutes to let anyone know that is considering outdoor furniture to give this store an opportunity to earn your business. Yes, you can get better prices elsewhere, but you will not get the quality and the customer service like we have from Great Gatherings.
  First off, we love the furniture. The quality is great, and it's solid. There were two issues, not Great Gathering's fault, but they completely stood by their product and did not bat an eyelash when two separate issues needed to be resolved.
  The first issue was some coverings that are used to protect the outdoor furniture. After 3 months, I noticed the furniture was wet and there were tiny holes on the coverings. Great Gatherings did not have to replace the pieces in question, but they did, no questions asked.
  The second issue was that one of the couches seemed to have warped after a few months. Again, no questions, asked...it was replaced.
  Bottom line, is that we will always recommend Great Gatherings because their quality is better than your lowered priced pieces (yes, we did spend a few months comparing), and when things happen, they took care if it. Thanks for everything!
