  Very friendly staff. The best price in town for cell phone service. I’m so glad I switched. And it runs on the Verizon network for half the price. Literally.

  We just made the switch to Xfinity mobile, and neither my husband nor I were comfortable activating our new phones, particularly the part about transferring our data from our old phones to the new ones. So we travelled over 35 miles to the Xfinity store in Ashburn for help. The staff here was extremely professional and helpful. My husband's I Phone to I Phone transfer was a snap, but the staff didn't make us feel inadequate for being afraid to try it. And even though transferring the data from my old (cheap) phone to my new I Phone was very challenging, they were persistent and determined to find a solution. They even applied our new screen protectors and cases with a smile. Very friendly and customer-oriented, and I highly recommend this store.
