  We just moved to the area and we were looking for a place to our daughter spend her energy. We found in SuperKicks Karate a great motivated team that helps a lot with your kid’s self discipline and confidence. If you are looking for a nice family friendly environment, this is the place to come. Also plenty of time slots options for training which makes things easier.

  Super kicks is an amazing school. My 6 year old son hasn’t even been there for a year and he’s already a green belt. He’s progressed so well and it’s because the school has great instructors who are knowledgeable and committed to the students they have. I couldn’t be more grateful for this school and I can’t wait to enroll my 3 year old one day. Master Alley and the other instructors are encouraging and they teach a well balance of discipline and fun. I highly recommend for parents to come out and try this place.

  My little brother has been at Super Kicks for a few months and the experience so far has been great! What makes Super Kicks unique is that it's impactful and fun, and lessons taught in class easily translate to daily settings. You get to learn about self defense, discipline, and can challenge yourself to take on (both physical and mental) personal goals. Plus the Super Kicks community is friendly and supportive! Strongly recommend for all ages

  This place is amazing! Let me tell you why! It is family friendly, welcoming to all ages and backgrounds. The instructors (Masters) arr focused on the core function of teaching life lessons through American Freestyle Karate methodologies. The Masters are caring and pay individualized focus on your child and family. It does not matter if you are a member or not, the respect and integrity is noticed and felt immediately when you walk in the door. I strongly recommend you visit Super Kicks Karate in Ashburn!
