  Performance Edge has been more than merely trainers for my son. I have seen growth in maturity and confidence as a young man. I attribute this to the sincere and caring approach the trainers and staff have for all who train there. Dave Mikel, Charlie and the front desk staff have been like family to us. I can reach out to them via text, call or email and they ALWAYS reply in a timely manner. Besides being astute in the realm of training, conditioning and nutrition, these guys genuinely care for you as a person as evident by their holistic (mind and body) approach. As my son transitions to college after working with these guys over the past four years, I am immensely grateful of having the pleasure of knowing my son had such a great experience. On behalf of myself, my wife and son thank you and continued success in all you do!!!

  Dave has been a great mentor for me and pushed me past my comfort zone. He has also helped me with my recovery from a major knee injury so I am able to get back on the field soon.

  Pedge has helped me get much stronger and more explosive. As a soccer player, I need to have a strong core to stay balanced, and I’ve definitely noticed improvements when it comes to that ever since I joined Pedge. It’s also nice seeing the physical results...my legs, arms, and core look so much more toned. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Pedge for student athletes like myself.

  It has been a couple of years now since my son worked out at Performance Edge but I wanted to reach out and thank you and let you know that your training made all the difference in his confidence and attitude on the lacrosse field.
  
  After being named first team All-Dulles group lacrosse team his senior year he made the MCLA team at a Big Ten University.
  
  He still goes to the gym and does the workouts that Dave and his staff custom designed for him.
