  I love this place. The staff is very welcoming and caring. They know your name and greet you when you come in. They LISTEN and offer options. Very professional and I will not go anyplace else. I’ve been to three others in the area. NO comparison whatsoever.
  
  I HIGHLY recommend Lisa and her team. They know what they are doing and you will leave feeling like a person and not a “patient”.
  
  This is the BEST PT practice in Loudoun County. Possibly Northern Va!!

  Amazing group of people. It was always a pleasure coming to the facility. The staff knows what they are doing and are super easy to work with. I was in a car accident and had no clue how any of the billing worked with the other insurance company. I cannot tell you how easy they made that for me. The "Dream Team" is what their title should be. I am completely healed and I have them to thank for that. If you are questioning where to go for your treatment, look no further! You will not regret going here. Your treatment needs will be met by an amazing staff in a comprehensive manner. Can't say enough wonderful things about them!

  Lisa is very good & went straight to the problem. Her knowledge was nothing short of amazing. She is the best! Highly recommend her to everyone I know!

  Lisa, the owner, has successfully treated my back and spine issues after several unsuccessful attempts by other firms. I also had a shoulder problem that Sarah Donahue treated with equal success. Without Biomechanical I'd likely have given up golf and other activities. I also Have been very pleased with the administrative support provided by a different Sarah, who makes appointment scheduling a pleasant experience.
