  I had a great experience with Dr. Ayoub and his entire team. From my very first appt, I knew I wanted him to be the one to perform my surgery. He is polite, honest and straight to the point and I can truly appreciate that. I am currently 9 weeks Post-Op and feel great. I can't begin to tell you how much pain and discomfort I was in prior to my hysterectomy. The incision scars are almost gone and I just feel like a new person. His office staff.. Sandra, Jess, Christine, Jackie.. Everyone was amazing. I would definitely recommend VA Obstetrics and & GYN.

  This review is to be shared with your husband if you are a female who is looking for a new doctor. I know that this is a very personal decision, but I think a husband's perspective is often overlooked, especially when it comes to the birth of a child in the healthcare that precedes it. As well, there are the natural protective thoughts and practicalities that come to mind with any doctor that is dealing with more intimate health care.
  
  Due to the nature of my job, we have had multiple children within the tri-state area. Hands down this practice is the cream of the crop. I know that everyone is going to experience a different one on one scenario based on the day, temperament, and sleep that any particular OBGYN is getting. We ourselves have gotten feedback on doctors that we had horrible experiences with and other couples loved. That said, finding these doctors was a life-changing experience.
  
  I will not reveal all the specifics, but we literally called 20 doctors who refused to see my wife, and these particular doctors facilitated one of the most enjoyable and memorable Life experiences & births that one could imagine. Our child was born into an atmosphere of laughter and joy when we were faced with a grave outlook. If you can imagine giving a home birth within a hospital setting, that was probably as close as you could get. Dr. Ayoub agreed to meet with us after a full day of him conducting deliveries and pressing family events.
  
  I think the common denominator to this practice is love of the job, clear-headedness, professional aptitude and it true desire to meet the needs of the customer. A lot of health professionals seem to want to be in the steering seat and talk down, making the woman feel as though she's part of a process. For us, this practice green ejected reintroduced the idea of birth being a joyful and personal experience and decision, specifically when it comes to addressing the various options available for giving birth.
  
  I also appreciated that the decision for birthing options was based on careful analysis of my wife's situation, and not just given by insurance and community practice defaults. The office was immaculate, and my goodness, for once we found a practice that invest in friendly and intelligent office staff. Raise your hand if you've experienced the typical grumpy or uninformed office scheduler and front desk staff. Not here.
  
  In my estimation, based on my exposure to multiple OBGYNs and my wife's feedback in level of comfort, you would be highly advised to at least sit down and speak with the doctors of this practice to see if there is a good fit. I think that is the key; a good fit of temperament and realistic expectations.
  
  I only wish this model of practice was the standard and not the exception in a healthcare industry that has become so sterile and de-personalized.

  I don't know where to begin. I CANNOT say enough or thank Dr. ayoub and his staff enough for being so wonderful! After going to multiple specialists and undergoing many tests for 5+ years, I was losing my faith in medical professionals. After one last attempt, I found Dr. Ayoub. I AM SO THANKFUL I FOUND HIM! He is the most knowledgeable, professional, caring, and compassionate doctor I have ever met. I didn't think that a doctor like that existed. Prior to meeting Dr. Ayoub, I (literally) jokingly asked our veterinarian of he would be willing to treat humans since he seemed more concerned and compassionate about my health than any of the previous "human" doctors I had experiences with. Dr. Ayoub's approach was EXACTLY what I had searched for all of those years! In one visit, he made me feel comfortable, informed, and reassured. I immediately knew I was with the right doctor. I will forever be grateful for meeting this doctor. He has given me my life back!

  Dr. Ayoub has done the prenatal care and delivery for all three of my babies in the past five years-- I would never look elsewhere for an OB! He is fantastic! He is very kind, thorough, and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. Each delivery (of my three) was different, but Dr. Ayoub impressed me each time. I felt very comfortable. I can tell that he cares about my overall health and my child's as well.
  
  As far as the rest of the office staff:
  I have had a few appointments with the Nurse Practitioner, Cynthia Stone, and she is great too-- very thorough and kind. All the nurses are really kind and caring. When I had blood work done, it was done in the office at the conclusion of my appointment (and the phlebotomist is really gentle).
  
  The office staff gets a five star rating as well. They are always kind, ready for me when I come in, and they have a good understanding of how my health insurance is billed.
  
  During my third pregnancy, I had to bring my toddler and three year old with me and everyone was really patient with them. I am so happy to have found this practice! If you are looking for an OB, I highly recommend Dr. Ayoub!
