  Keith is great to work with! He is very encouraging and patient. I am seeing good results in terms of my ability to do certain exercises and improvement in the problem areas I identified when we first started training. Also, when I recently hurt myself while hiking, Keith modified our workouts so as not to place stress on my leg. Despite the injury I was still able to achieve my exercise goals. He is a great motivator and I look forward to our training sessions.

  My personal trainer Keith is amazing. I'd give him 6 stars if able to. He is the epitome of what a personal trainer should be. Motivational and understanding. He was able to accommodate moves for my injured knee and work around my family emergencies.
  
  I wish I could say the same for the corporate office. They are money hungry cold folks that do not care for the clients they trap into these contracts. Be careful when signing up with Svet.

  My wife and I have been working with Svetness for about a month now and things are going really well. Our trainer is always right on time and ready to push us. The session are always different so the workouts never get old. Additionally they provide even more workouts to do for the other days of the week on your own. If you are looking for a personal trainer I would highly recommend Svetness.

  Great experience. I am a 57-year old woman who was in reasonable shape, but who had been trying for years to get back in shape (former athlete), lose 20 lbs, and improve my balance. I have been working with Georgi for three months now and I have made amazing progress with all three of those goals. Being able to workout at home, with a program tailored to my needs, challenging, but engaging each session has been the key. I have renewed my contract.
