  I cannot say enough positive things about Saad and Arslan! First of all, I contacted them a year ago while I was just separating from my husband. They were extremely informative and provided a TON of information by e-mail. We then set up a meeting, which I cancelled the following day because we had decided to go ahead and rent. When my renter gave notice, Arslan and Saad were right there to resume the meeting and pick up where we left off.
  
  Even during a mildly uncomfortable divorce situation between my ex-husband and I, Arslan and Saad demonstrated high levels of professionalism and promptness through the entire process. I even had a renter that was unwilling to cooperate for showings, which they navigated with poise.
  
  I will definitely be back to sell my next home with them! Thank you for making such a stressful process seamless!

  We just sold our home with Saad and Arslan in May and we were very pleased with both of them. Initially we did not like the idea of hiring a team but Saad and Arslan were both available to us at all times and both of them are extremely knowledgeable. One thing I loved about them was that they were very transparent, they gave us all scenarios and everything we can expect when selling our home so there were no shocks at the end. Sale of our home could not have gone any smoother. Lastly, their negotiation and marketing skills are 10/10. Thank you Saad and Arslan!!!

  I'd call them the Property Brothers of Virginia, the way they dealt with selling and buying of my home was absolutely perfect and painless. I had interviewed 5 agents before picking these guys and was a nervous wreck with my timeline of buying and selling but from day one both Arslan and Saad just made me feel so comfortable all I could say was yes to them and at the end they delivered right on! They were extremely professional and always available for me. Their professionalism and negotiation skills are 10 out of 10! Thanks so much guys! Very happy in our new home!
