Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Very professional and courteous service. Earlier this year, they did a great job of cleaning my gutters on the front of my house as well as those on the back porch. They also cleaned the porch and shed roofs until they were spotless and sparkling. Both roofs were thickly and completely covered with red cedar fronds from the overhanging tree. And before their visit, I received a reminder email to turn on the water to my outdoor hose.

This spring, I started using their Mosquito and Tick treatment service. They do a wonderful job. I was home and the technician let me know he'd arrived, asked if I had any questions or concerns. He also let me know when he was leaving.

Both times the operators thoroughly explained the services available from Ned Stevens, helped me choose the best plan for me, sent me emails with the service schedules and prices. Each time they have been here for service, they email invoices. They also send customer satisfaction surveys. Within one business day, and usually within one hour of my completing the survey, they follow up on comments with a phone call from a real person, who takes my comments seriously, even if it's a small matter.
I have I wish I had known about their services years ago. Their efficiency and great services make my life a lot easier.

They were timely and professional. Very courteous and explained everything they were going to do and what they discovered. Though I was at home you do not need to be. Super easy to schedule too, and they arrived just a few days after making the appointment. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use their services.

For a couple of years I have relied on Ned Stevens to clean the gutters of our home which is on a heavily wooded lot. They do a thoroughly professional job, repeatedly. Don't know what we'd do without them!

Two courteous and professional workers came to my home in hard hats to clean my gutters. They left the property cleaner than they found it. When I pointed out an issue with a loose downspout, they tightened it up for me. They also flagged an issue with gutters on my garage that had been installed incorrectly (which I suspected), and after the service I received a proposal to have the repairs performed (at no obligation).

I have to say that this company is the best I've used for anything in many, many years. My expectations are very high and they far exceeded what I expected. From the initial phone call to coming home to a job well done, each step was done exactly as they said. I have already told everybody I know about this experience and guarantee I will be calling back when I need anything else. Believe me folks, you will love their prices, service and work!
