  Great management, great staff, great outcomes
  My kids have been to 3 schools before becoming students of this franchise of the Kiddie Academy. We toured about 10 schools before deciding for this one. On all the tours we made I always asked the question: There is a lot of schools on the same price range on this area, what makes yours different or special? I often got very similar answers on all those places: accreditation, curriculum, fancy app with photos. However, on Kiddie Academy, a portion of the answer the director gave me really got my attention: “The people, the staff, that’s what makes us stand out”. After nearly 6 months on this school and can give faith that this statement was 100% true. The director and the owner (on site all the time) of this franchise of Kiddie Academy are very kind, genuine and honest. These and other positive personal traits of the Kiddie Academy leadership propagate throughout the entire staff of the school. I believe kindness and honesty to be some of the most important and difficult things kids should learn. Things such as colors, numbers, words can be easily pick from the surroundings (books, internet). However good values can only be picked up from our role models. On all previous schools we tried, including big names such as Goddard School and Minnieland academy, I felt a general lack of honesty and warmth from leadership, and even tho we came across really good teachers on those schools, there were other teachers that evidently lacked good values or devotion to their craft. I never trusted the feedback teachers will give on my kids I never truly believed that the curriculum they advertised was followed. On top of that, I saw good teachers leave those schools precisely because of frictions with bad leadership.
  
  Another thing that really make this school stand out is that it is not ran as a business-first. The on-site owner of this school is primarily driven by providing a great educational experience and not on making a profit. Obviously at the end of the day the numbers have to add up and be green, but it is not realized at the expense of degraded education. This has a huge impact on how the school is staffed and the resources that are given to the teachers to do their jobs. On our previous school, we had an on-site owner too. There were many strictly enforced policies and practices that were aimed and maximizing profit and it really bothered me that the class rooms were over packed, educational material was scarce and that toys/facilities were out dated or poorly maintained.
  Finally: at this school the director and teachers are very receptive to feedback and are constantly improving or changing the way the do things do adapt to the kids or parents’ feedback; all day live cameras are great; kids receive a lot of love and the school activities/environment make them extremely happy toddlers.
  
  In Summary, Kiddie Academy has everything the big names have but it stands out on a number of areas that are really hard to find elsewhere.

  Both my kids go to Kiddie Academy . Both my kids started here when they were 2 Year Old. This school is nothing like the other schools my kids have been too. The staff is very friendly and caring towards each and every kid. It is a very positive school environment with attentive staff. I would recommend this school to parents who are looking for exceptional child care services.

  The entire staff is attentive to each child's needs and making the school extremely warm and inviting. I know my child is in a safe, educational and fun-filled environment where he can flourish. As a working parent, this gives me a peace of mind knowing my child is among exceptional teachers/caregivers who have the children's best interest as their top priority.

  My daughter has been going to Kiddie Academy for the past 5 months. She started there when she was 3 months old - as a new mom, this was hard to leave her! All of the staff are so caring, attentive and truly care about the kids which made the transition a bit easier. My daughter is always happy and well taken care of when I pick her up. There are cameras where you can check in throughout the day which is a wonderful thing.

  After touring several centers in the Ashburn area, I was pleasantly surprised by Kiddie Academy of Ashburn. From the first time I entered the building, the management and staff were friendly and accommodating. The facility was amazingly clean, festive and unique with its half wall design. It was easy to watch each class participating in fun, educational activities as we walked down the hallway. The curriculum/lesson plans and children's work were neatly displayed for parents to view.
  
  My daughter has now been attending for nearly a year. She is constantly amazing me with things she is learning in the 3-Year Old class. So far, her knowledge of sign language, math and science has dramatically grown. She also loves to bring home her crafts to show us. Her teachers are kind and nurturing to her and offer me an open line of communication for any questions or concerns that I might have. I never worry when leaving her in their care.
  
  I highly appreciate and recommend Kiddie Academy of Ashburn!
