A co-worker that used to live here mentioned some good things, I read some good reviews, so I figured I set up an appointment. Very glad I did. Keith Magno, my Community Captain, has been absolutely amazing from my initial phone call. Very knowledgeable, great personality, genuine, but most of all he loves what he does, and that makes a huge difference when choosing a place you will call home. Sure location is a big factor when looking for apartments, as is rent, floor plan, etc., but if an issue arises, you know it will be taken care of properly and promptly by people who care, and that gives you a great peace of mind. Keith was fantastic in every step of the way from helping to choose the best floor plan, explaining the leasing documents, and following up after I moved into the residence. I would also like to give a shout out to the other Broadlands Apartments Community Staff; Elly, Julie, and Andrew. I have interacted with all, either over the phone or in person, and just like Keith, they've been awesome. The Maintenance guys are outstanding as well. I had an issue with the oven, put in a request online, I figured I'd get a response by the next day but I got a knock on my door a couple hours later from Maintenance, and the problem was fixed in five minutes. Very dog friendly, lots of greenery, my pup being a beagle mix loves all the sniffing space she has, there's also a mini dog park on site. Love my new place, extremely happy with the decision to move here. The Broadlands Apartments and all the folks who work here are phenomenal!

Elly, Julie, and Kim of the office/leasing staff are great and go out of their way to make sure that there is no problem unresolved. I love coming home everyday to this super landscaped and very comfortable home I live in. I'd recommend this home to anyone!
