  Was in and out in under 10 minutes. I made an appt online and arrived at 8:30am on Monday. Amanda took me back to take my labs and was swift and friendly. No issues. Would return again, but make an appt!!!

  I found them to be quite professional. My experience was quite pleasant - TWICE. I would certainly go to the same place in future, especially go when Amanda is present.
  
  We were there for my daughter's various blood tests. All the tests that she needed to do needed a certain amount of blood, but Quest policy, based on patient's weight, allowed to draw only a certain amount of blood on a day. My daughter being skinny, the amount of blood Quest could draw was much lesser than needed for all tests. So they spoke to my daughter's doctor's office to prioritize the tests and we had to go to Quest twice for drawing blood for tests.
  
  Apart from this, our primary concern was my daughter's cooperation for drawing blood. In the past we had terrible experience elsewhere, and it was playing on our minds. My daughter would not sit and not allow to draw blood, crying and tightening, moving her body - the nurse still not able to draw blood as could not find vein, and end up with multiple punctures. With all this in our anticipation we were preparing ourselves to distract my daughter with smart phone and what not, in order the practitioner can draw the blood.
  
  At Quest, practitioner Amanda was there that day. She probably got our anxiousness and the hint of what we were up to to draw my daughter's attention elsewhere while she can draw the blood. She was concerned with that. We explained her our past experiences, which she listened to patiently. She patiently explained what she is going to do and told to not distract my daughter, instead sit with her on chair and hold her to sit, while her assistant would hold the hand from which she would draw the blood.
  
  She along with assistant drew the blood pretty smoothly, my daughter 'did not even flinch' - to put it in Amanda's words. Amanda, later explained she was a specialist for pediatric and that she used a thin needle which would hurt a bit less. I think all the things that Amanda did greatly reduced the pain/anxiety for all of us and helped finish the job pleasantly.

  I will start by saying this facility is understaffed; however Lubna deserves a gold medal for the amazing job she does. She is great with patients, has great phlebotomy skills and is very helpful. Thank you Lubna for doing such a wonderful job!
