  I absolutely love this gym! Dave, Shane, and Daesha are very helpful and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Everyone, to include members is very friendly and has a great attitude. If you are looking for a gym that will give you a killer workout in a positive environment, look no further than this place.

  I just completed the 6 week challenge with great results. The challenge encompasses a detailed group workout regimen and a prescriptive yet easy to follow diet. I couldnt be happier, and feel great. Icon Gym is the best strength training based workout in the area.

  I just completed Icon Gym’s 6 week challenge and would recommend this program to anyone wanting to jumpstart their fitness journey.
  
  Dave’s workout sessions each week were fun yet challenging. So much so that the hours just flew by in the gym. My personal favorite was the tank.
  
  His nutrition plan was also easy to follow and a far cry from a meal deprivation plan. In fact, I would say the hardest part of the program was making sure I ate everything I needed to each day. I have always heard people saying that it was best to eat your way to good health, but I never truly believed it until now. Today, I can say with certainty, that you CAN eat well and still lose weight and gain muscle.

  Highly recommend Icon Gym! Both Dave and Daesha are amazing and truly care about you and your individual fitness and well being journey. Holistic approach to not only working out properly for optimal results but also help you focus on proper nutrition and digestive health. All members I have worked out alongside have all been very kind and supportive as well regardless of their fitness level compared to yours. Have had a wonderful experience thus far and anticipate nothing but great things to come from Dave and his team!

  I really can't say enough about how great Icon is. Dave is amazing and his program has literally changed my life. I never had the motivation to get in shape on my own, and the idea of going to a gym full of people judging me was absolutely terrifying. But after talking to Dave for the first time, I decided to take a chance on Icon and I am so incredibly glad that I did. It's nothing at all like your typical gym - It's actually more like a family. Everyone is so supportive and it's a total judgment-free zone since most people are there for the exact same reasons. Dave really truly cares about each and every one of his clients and that doesn't just stop when you walk out of the gym. Dave's dedication to changing the lives of others is a 24/7 thing and I think that's exactly why Icon works so well. Sure, the workouts are super effective and challenging (in a good way!) and the results are awesome, but I don't think that's what sets Icon apart from all the other gyms. It's Dave's vision, motivation and commitment to his clients that makes the real difference. If you've been struggling to get in shape and want to try something a bit different, then I highly recommend taking a chance on Icon like I did. You won't regret it!
