  When I was on the hunt for schools I stumbled into the Montessori method of teaching and fell in love with it. I checked out a few Montessori schools in the area and decided the Leport Broadlands was the best one for us. Since we started in 2015, I can honestly say that our daughter is a thriving, happy, well rounded child. She loves her teachers, the staff and most especially loves learning. If there are any concerns they are easy to talk to and can be reached almost immediately. There is a sense of community in the school that is hard to find in a larger setting.

  We love this school. Our son (almost 5) is in his second year at the school after attending another Montessori program before we moved to the area. We have been so pleased with how he has matured and all that he has learned. The staff at the school really cares about each child and as parents, we feel very informed with everything going on at the school. Our son wakes up every morning excited to go to school and we have such confidence in the place he gets to spend his day. Great instruction and the most kind people out there!

  My 3 grandchildren are students here and they have been thriving!
  My daughter and her husband have made their children's education a top priority and they have very high standards which this school has been able to meet.
  My grandkids LOVE learning and they just can't get enough which I attribute to the Montessori way. Often they feel like they are playing when they are learning key building blocks that will help them in school and in life.
  When I compare the educational abilities of my grandchildren to other children in their age groups, I am amazed and completely sold on this way of learning! I feel that there is no comparison, Montessori kids are usually advanced in every subject.
  I have observed real life lessons and accountability at a very young age that kids are ready for and excited about. These things are incorporated in every skill they learn.
  I just can't say enough about the progress I have seen since they have enrolled here. Their different, individual needs are able to be catered to in this nurturing environment! The caring staff and small class sizes make one on one attention a daily happening. All of these things combine to create a school they love and we really appreciate.

  My niece has been attending LePort (previously The Boyd School) since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 5 and beginning her Kindergarten year and is by far one of the most well rounded little girls I've ever seen. She has amazing confidence in herself and absolutely loves to learn. I know that it is her teachers at LePort and the nurturing environments that they provide, that has helped her become the young lady she is today.
