Auto 7 was absolutely amazing to work with! Their response to my inquiry was very quick, and their outstanding customer service made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. Bach was the person I communicated with, and he was so friendly and accommodating. I loved how he kept me up to date throughout the whole process, and how he answered and heard all of my questions and concerns. When I arrived to look at and test drive my 2014 Honda Accord, it was exactly how they advertised it. No surprises or disappointments. I've recommended Auto 7 to my friends, family, and coworkers because of how sincere and transparent they are with everything. I'm just so happy with my experience, especially since this was the first time I've ever bought a car from a dealer. They've definitely earned a long-time customer in me.
Found a great deal on a car here at auto 7. There was no need to haggle as the price of the car was already well below Kelley blue book value. I dealt with Bash and proceeded to give him a down payment over the phone to save the car for me. I had to drive 2.5 hours to pickup the car and Bash was willing to meet me on Sunday no less. Everything about the experience was how buying a car should be. The honesty, the price, the speed of the transaction, all just perfect.
Ben and Bash obviously pride themselves on having a great customer experience and it shows. The prices are not only fair but are downright a steal in most cases.
This is the place to buy a car, and I recommend anyone looking to keep an eye on their inventory as they definitely sell through lots of cars quickly with how good they are at their job.

This was my first time buying a used car. I was very cautious and nervous because I always hear people get ripped off by car dealerships. But I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Auto 7! Bash was very helpful and trustworthy. He made me feel very comfortable and helped understand a lot of things I didn’t know about buying a car. He was also willing to go the extra mile to help me secure my vechile. I highly recommend Auto 7 to anyone buying a new or used vehicle!
This has been the best ever car buying experience. Bash was courteous and honest. You don't experience the sales tactics used at the big dealerships to where they keep you for hours, was in and out with a vehicle in less than 1 hour. We got in at noon as scheduled, he showed us the car and handed the keys for a vehicle test drive by ourselves. The paperwork was minimal and walk with a new vehicle for my son by 1 PM. CarGurus showed the car as a great deal thousands below value. He even showed me how he obtained the vehicle that allowed him to pass the savings to the consumer.
Went in for a test drive for 2015 Toyota Corolla but the car was sold 2 hours before. The staff there, Ben and Bash, are very professional and they showed me a different car that was much better and within my budget. Excellent service, they picked me up from the metro and dropped me off and ensured the car was ready for pickup. Highly recommended dealer with excellent service.
