  Mr. Khanh picked up the phone the day before Christmas Eve around 4pm and came over at 11am the next day. Within 15 minutes he had troubleshot the issue (the freezer was cooling but the refrigerator was not), melted the ice buildup on the coils and determined the defroster thermostat was shot. He returned 4 days later to check on the unit and made sure everything was in working order. Mr. Khanh is highly knowledgeable and even took the time to walk me through the maintenance process to avoid any future mishaps. I will definitely be calling him for any future needed repairs.

  I contactes Khanh from Google on Christmas day and scheduled hi to come out next day. I had a washer that wont drain and fridge that wont dispense water or make ice. Khanh called back on Christmas day and discussed the issue. I sent him pics and also told him that dryer is bolted atop the washer. When he came to diagnose the issue, even though he seemed to guess what the issue might be, he did not feel comfortable dismounting the dryer on his own. So he told me he cannot take the job. He looked at the fridge and ruled out so.w of the issues that needed advanced troubleshooting by opening the back side and testing with altimeter. Ultimately said I may simply need a new water filter as it was not changed in a while.
  Ultimately he did not solve any of my problems but to my surprise, he did not charge me anything for his time since he did not fix the issues. Hard to find genuine people like him that value customer satisfaction over just making money. He even helped me manually drain the water from washer with his manual pump. I'll be sure to keep him around if I run into any other issues.

  He was so helpful. Even worked with me over the phone until he could get to my house. So friendly and so knowledgeable! Gave me part numbers so I could research the best price.

  The repair service by Khanh to my refrigerator was excellent. The trouble shooting procedure and effective methodology by Mr. Khanh impressed me. The unit works better than before and having work myself in the past in assembly factories showed me that simplistic mistakes occur which do not show till years later while the product is in service. I recommend Khan appliance service and will use the service over and over again. Pricing was also excellent. My household only has compliments for his services.
