From a smile and someone opening the door, to James Quay , our sales guy listening and working very hard to meet our purchasing needs, to John the GM taking a personal interest in helping my 84 year old Mom get a payment she could live with on her fixed income budget, to Luis, the Finance guy, getting us quickly through the paperwork as we requested. Best car buying experience I have had to in over 40 years of buying a car. Check em out !

He accommodated our limited availability in our initial visit and got us out on time. He also gave us very competitive/aggressive pricing from the start in which only one dealer in the area could beat and AutoNation matched it. We appreciated his non-aggressive approach in allowing us the time we needed to explore our options. We highly recommend AutoNation and Patrick to anyone who’s shopping for a Honda.

(December 19, 2018, 8:52 am)This was my first visit to this dealership. I cam in for a safety recall and felt I was treated as a valued customer. My customer rep was very professional and personable and offered a multi-point inspection in addition to the service I needed. He was extremely thorough and attentive my needs. He noted that it was due an inspection this month and offered to have it done in addition to the recall service. This was very convenient and saved me time. In all, everything was done faster and better than expected and I couldn't be more pleased!
