  The best in the business. Have used Silvercar all over the country and they never fail to impress. They even picked the Audi up from my work because I wasn’t able to drop it off in time.
  
  Will never rent from anyone other than Silvercar.

  Our first Silvercar experience was outstanding! Rented from IAD (Dulles International Washington DC area). They picked us up in our beautiful, brand new, 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet. They were flexible and allowed us to use a better discount code even though we booked it at a different code. The customer service level was above expectations. The car was awesome, the price was amazing (about the same to rent a Camry with a traditional crappy rental company), they delivered on every promise and then some. I looked forward every time to driving such a beautiful automobile that offered free in car wifi, free Sirius XM radio, free in car navigation, free child seat, unlimited miles, toll booth transponder (you do have to pay for toll, and we were happy to do it.) Driving this car was one of the highlights of our vacation. We dropped the car off and they took us to the airport. No surprises at the end. This is the only rental car company I want to rent from again.

  Superb customer service - even though they were swamped with last-minute rentals (since every single other car rental at Dulles was completely booked) their service was prompt, they offered courtesies like complementary bottled water, they even had a charging cord for my phone which I had forgotten and desperately needed! They took time to introduce me to the nuances of the vehicle, which by the way was an absolutely gorgeous Audi SUV, and met me in the parking lot when I returned the car. Completely reasonable rates as well. I recommend them highly!
