  Zippy Shell made the process of obtaining, siting, and removing the storage pod incredibly easy. I represent a design/remodeling company and ease of use and reliability of the vendors we use is very important. The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. We intend to continue using Zippy for all our storage needs.

  We had a great experience. Bill Shannon was very accommodating and easy to schedule with and the drivers were polite and professional. About a month in I needed to get some things from the pod and once again everyone was very helpful in arranging for me to do so. Definitely had a great experience with Zippy Shell.

  We've never used a portable pod service, but were very pleased with our experience with Zippy Shell. They were far more affordable than any other alternative and provided great service. They were very responsive (even on a weekend) to our initial price inquiry and it was fairly easy to schedule the drop off of the shell. The only thing that I would flag is that if you plan on having the Zippy Shell returned to you within a month and you know the date that you will need it delivered, you should schedule the drop-off ASAP, as we waited until a week before we needed it and had to take an inconvenient time for drop-off. You have a window of time to either fill up or empty the Zippy Shell as the "pod" is inside a trailer and they need to use the trailer for other customers. It's an innovative services that I'd be happy to recommend to friends or family who may be moving or seeking a service to help store their "stuff".

  We had an exceptional experience with Zippy Shell and we will continue to rave about them to everyone we know. We used 3 shells over the course of about 4 months. Bill and Mary were very helpful and easy to get in contact with whenever I had questions about pricing, storage details, delivery, etc. When we had to access one of our units to get some furniture after it was stored, we arrived on a Saturday morning and they had the unit ready for us at the warehouse door. The staff was always very pleasant.
  
  When packing up our last of the 3 shells, we noticed the trailer had a crack in the roof. We contacted Bill with our concerns as thunderstorms were forecasted for that evening. The last thing anyone wants is for their furniture and personal belongings to be rained on when you know it has to be stored for a month. Bill was very responsive and within an hour, one of his employees showed up at our house to patch it.
  
  We were especially impressed with the guys that unloaded our stuff. They were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely considerate of our belongings and careful with everything. They were also incredibly polite and nice. We could not have had a better experience through the whole process of having the shells delivered to our house (just as scheduled), packing them, having them picked up on time, and then the delivery to our new home (on time as scheduled).
