  Theo Patterson was all-around fantastic- the perfect mix of fun and professional. I set out to buy my very first car with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted. Out of the many representatives from the many dealerships I contacted, Theo stood out and managed to find me just the right mini. He was very patient with my inexperience and I never felt pressured or anxious.
  
  I'm 30 years old and only recently managed to get over a lifelong phobia of driving. I've always loved minis (the visibility and maneuverability are great for anxious drivers) and the fact that someone could genuinely match my enthusiasm made the entire process a very special experience.

  Mini of Sterling is a reliable source of fast and friendly service, and of course they are experts at Mini Service. Jack Conate recently took care of replacing a tire that a pothole had slashed. They took me in immediately and did the safety and emissions inspections while I was there. It is comforting to know you have a place to go for service that you can count on.

  Jack and Raul are great and will take good care of you when you take your car there. You will get top notch treatment. I take my car only to them at Mini of Sterling ! I have been going there since 2013 and plan to continue without a doubt.

  I'd had mixed experiences with MINI of Sterling a decade ago with my last car, but this experience renewed my faith. Top tier, from start to finish.
  
  At the heart of it, my salesman Theo Patterson is a great guy. Not just great with sales, but unusually genuine and actually concerned about you and your experience. I'm a challenging customer, and from the specifics of the transactions, to the prompt response times, to his asking questions to get it all right, to just answering frantic emails at all hours, he was there for me, stuck with it, and was patient and courteous through it all. He was never fake or forced, the guy just really wants you to have a great experience and he makes it awesome.
  
  Then when the deal is complete, he takes you through all the car features and takes as long as needed to go through them all, never rushed and with an eye to making sure you're taking it in. Even better, when all is said and done, he tells you he's your agent for the ownership of the car. Need anything? Go through him... none of the bait and switch from sales to someone random in the shop.
  
  I also had an excellent experience with the finance officer, whose name unfortunately slips my mind because the guy gave me an hour of his time to make sure the contract said EXACTLY what I needed it to say (a genuine software issue that we resolved in print). He never pressured me to just sign and get it over with, and for someone who was long ago screwed on a contract, it meant a hell of a lot.
  
  I'll update if anything changes, but a perfect experience... exceeded all expectations.
