  Definitely my go to repair shop. Timely service. Great communication. We were hit by a snow storm and they made rescheduling a breeze. They actually called ME back about the inclement weather. They talk with you about your service and not AT you or down to you as if you should have already known what professionals know. A great customer service experience!

  great price drew me to the shop ( and was exactly what they said it would be $800 less than Merchants Tire)- great respect for my car was second (wonderful follow-through), but great professional respect has me wanting to send them good customers.   After the dealer did a less than perfect alignment job on my car, I took it to Drake to get it fixed. They walked me through the process and did a fantastic job to correct the problem. Super impressed with their professionalism and will definitely be using them for all my car maintainence needs in the future.

  Amazing customer service! I had squeaky brakes, turned out I needed to change my front brake pads and rotors. They took the time to show me what needs to get changed. My rear brakes had a little more life on them and they didn't push me to change them..just said to keep an eye out on them and bring it in whenever we could hear them going. And you can't beat the price. The dealership would've charged me at least three times as much.

  These guys are beyond fair and very good at what they do. I recently had tires mounted, balanced and aligned as well as an oil change and they did a great job working with me on a very short notice on a Friday afternoon. When my tires showed up a day late, i had to reschedule my appointment and they accommodated me late afternoon and did an amazing job! would highly recommend! They talk to you, not down to you and do very excellent work.
