“Great facial service with discussion about each product being used, and step in the process. Complimentary water and if I wasn’t holding a cup I was offered more. They definitely want to keep you hydrated! Bathrooms were very clean and well kept. Easy check in process as well. Parking is a bit tight as they share spaces with surrounding retail. I also appreciate being able to tip with my card on file since I very rarely carry cash.”
