The trash pickup is great. My utility bills have been very reasonable. I'm on the top floor, so ac in the warmer months is a little pricey. And it's very peaceful and quiet where I am. It's apartment living andsome noise from neighbor and pets is to be expected. And management can't be held responsible if pet owners aren't courteous enough to clean up after their pets. Overall, very happy here!”
