“I was able to get an appt with in a few days or a week. Consultant came out and was very nice and knowledgeable. He told me what to do if I decided to proceed with next steps on suspected mold in the bathroom. He did a reading to check for mold (which was low/borderline) and gave me some tips and things to look out for. I have not proceeded with the next steps but if I do, I feel very comfortable using them. My consultant was named Michael Johnson. He did not pressure me to act or scare me with a worst case scenario story. He was very professional.”

“They are honest and reasonable. The work that they did was outstanding. Mark fixed the dents on my new truck within about an hour; I didn’t even have to have and appointment! As far as the cost is concerned, Mark worked with my ideal price, and I think did me a favor or two to make the whole dent cluster disappear at my ideal price. Very reasonable. The customer service was great. Mark and the staff spent time with me answering all of my off-topic questions on things like: tips for waxing, ceramic and other coatings, and polishing product preferences. They weren’t pushy, and they were honest about the products that they offer - good and bad. I would highly recommend this place for your pointless repairs, or door dings from the parking lots. Lost Rhino is a nearby watering hole for your short wait too. Only problem was the Dent Shop finished too quickly!”

“Most of the doctors at this location are very warm and efficient, and it is easy to tell which few need a little more coaching. Over all, the staff are wonderful, the nurses and techs are warm and friendly and the majority of the doctors are experienced and have a great bedside manner, and are more than willing to work with you and do whatever it takes to keep you and your baby well. One of the doctors was one of my main pillars of support while I was pregnant (Freeman) and provided all the care needed to keep my baby healthy. She was compassionate and masterful when it came to caring for me, my specialized needs and making sure I made it though. When an emergency delivery was necessary, Dr. Justice was the surgeon on call and did an amazing surgical job, saving my baby's life and possibly my own. There are only two gripes that keep this from being a 5 star review. Communication at INOVA overall is terrible. Not bad enough that no one knows what they're doing, but enough that it's hard to keep track of what's going on, even as it's happening. You hear one thing and then you hear another. And then another. It's beyond frustrating. Make sure you get the full story from your practitioners and any referrals, and keep records so you can advocate for yourself and get a good picture of what's going on. Gripe 2 is that these excellent doctors have very, very hectic schedules, so you CANNOT miss appointments or you will be waiting for perhaps another month for your next one. Sometimes you will be waiting for an answer from the patient portal...some doctors don't really answer you at all and you have to call in for assistance. Once you get their attention, they are on it very quickly. I will be receiving my GYN care here, I was so impressed with the service here. I highly recommend them to all women of childbearing age. Due to the Birthing Inn experience being the best hospital stay I had ever had, I would likely come back to this place if I were to be pregnant again...God forbid!”

He has highly skilled technicians working there. They use excellent equipment (like the Leonardo diagnostic tool seen at dealerships). On my used Maserati, they thoroughly diagnosed the F1 hydraulic clutch, found a faulty accumulator, and fixed it so it actually works properly.”
