This review is a bit older because I just noticed the company on Google maps. I've used Garrett multiple times for roof repairs (before he was Columbia Roofing, I think) in Falls Church and have always been impressed. Good prices but more so just very professional, would check the roof, show you pictures before and after, and was very responsive. He's always the first call I make when I need help with the roof.

If you need a roof repair or replacement, don’t look any further. These guy are marvelous. They are strait forward, do their work without any hassle and clean up at the end of the day. They spend two day at my house replacing the roof and when they were done the cleanup was impeccable as if they had not been there. Great job for a reasonable price. Absolutely recommend them and I am sure you will be as happy as I am.

Garrett and his team, at Columbia Roofing did an extraordinary job for me!! Garrett worked with me and informed me prior to speaking with my insurance company (pre-positioning); he then coached me with a response to my insurance company's response; helped me work through the HOA submission and issues; and then found me a great price for the roof replacement. Garrett at Columbia Roofing was great to work with. His pricing was the best among all the estimates we got. He and his crew did the job on time, efficiently, and did excellent clean up after the job was done. He was patient with all my questions and addressed all concerns we had. Once the old roof was off they discovered some rotten plywood that had to be replaced. They were able to address that with out delay to completion. I'd recommend Garrett and Columbia Roofing to anyone.
