    I think Delores Grigsby is the best therapist I have ever known. She does not magnify problems but helps me to discover my kernel of truth. She has adages from her life experience that she shares and that help me repeatedly as I encounter new situations. Much of her therapy is focussed on believing in yourself and finding solutions without fear of retribution. I totally recommend you make an appointment and judge for yourself.
