  I do most of the work on my car so I pretty much know when I am being taken. When I can't do the work myself, GP and his team are the only ones I trust to tell me what is REALLY wrong and give me a fair price to repair. Once you give them a try, you too will be say goodby and good riddance to dealers.

  Sterling Star has been working on my family's cars for many years, including my Mazda. Not once have they ever tried to upsell me or have been dishonest to make more money. GP and his team are hard working, honest professionals who take the utmost pride in their work, and it shows. Sterling Star provides quality service every time.

  I have been very impressed with the quality of service I've received from Sterling Star Automotive. I brought my car there because the brakes were screeching, not loud, but annoying for a luxury car. Mr. Singh told me that whoever put the pads on the car used generic pads, not MB pads. Rather than replacing them, he informed me that it wasn't a safety issue and although he could change it, it really didn't need changed. He said to bring it back when the pads wear out and he'll change it. Any other mechanic would've taken the money right out of my pocket to change them right there and then. I gained a lot of respect for this man and his operation. He's done everything for this car from replacing the sparkplugs to the headlights to the transmission lines and thinks of ways to save money when doing the work. For instance, he recommended having a couple items replaced while he was already under the hood saving time and money to do those items again. I also think it's great that they have a car for me to drive while they have my car. One thing I find really nice is when I do get work done to the car, he always looks it over and let's me know what else needs to be done, but let's me know if it needs to be done now or in the future. That alone takes the pressure of paying for repairs all at once. Sterling Star is the most honest service center I've ever been in and will continue to take my baby there.

  Sterling Star provides exceptional service on Mercedes vehicles. I've been taking both of my Mercedes there for over five years and have nothing but great results. Their prices are much cheaper than the dealer and they are very honest and straightforward. If there is repair that's necessary GP will recommend it be done. However, if it's something that can wait he will let you know that as well. I've referred many friends to Sterling Star over the years and they have all had the same positive experiences.
