  I started their Basics class a couple of weeks ago. I love that they have you do some beginner training before you can attend the more advanced classes. I was very nervous since I have not worked out in a long time. Rick was my instructor and he was very kind and patient with me. All of the instructors are so kind and inspiring. If you would like to go to an up-beat, challenging gym, this is your place! Coming from someone who is really out of shape, I felt comfortable there! I know now that I have found my place! Because of this experience, I know that I can achieve anything that I want. I will be a regular there for sure!

  This place is amazing. I spent ten years in the Marine Corps, so working out isn't new to me. What was new to me and my wife was the funk we seemed to fall into last winter and never come out of. We needed to break the cycle of going to work, coming home, preparing for work, and going to sleep exhausted just to start all over again the next day. I didn't have the motivation, energy or discipline to get us back in the gym. I thought crossfit might be the answer, so I began to research.
  Pretty much all you need to do is show up. The planning, workouts, and motivation are all provided with the added bonus of a coach!
  
  We talked about it and my wife reluctantly agreed (she did not want go). We decided to try it out first by doing a Saturday drop in class (which I strongly recommend if you're on the fence), and we were hooked. I never though I'd see my wife being pushed so hard and having so much fun. Rick and Colleen were amazing. They were actually more concerned with proper technique than speed. The people in our class were all great. It was a really great team atmosphere, very supportive, very fun!
  
  We decided to sign up for the basics class which would allow us to ramp up to being able to take regular classes. The class is designed to teach the fundamentals, proper form and safety. Amanda was awesome. She balanced professionalism with fun extremely well. We learned the basics but also got a great workout each class that was geared to our experience level. Amanda will push you, but she won't allow you to sacrifice form and safety. She's a great coach and her energy is contagious.
  
  We just completed the class and are kinda bummed it's over. We met some great people, made some new friends, and had a blast. But we know we'll be seeing everyone again in the regular classes. This is a great little community and a lot of fun. They do it right and will keep you safe and work with you.
