  Overall, wonderful experience. The LSTC team did a great job helping me recover from my frozen shoulder after 15 sessions. I think I worked with just about everyone there. The team was professional, super friendly, and made the experience fun for me. The initial consultation was thorough, appointments started on time, guidance for at home stretches were clear, appointments generally easy to schedule, no issues with insurance and billing, and ample parking. Only recommendations I would make would be 1) improvement in appointment notifications like using text, email or automated call. Otherwise, you have to tell the front desk when your next appointment is before you leave, which took getting used to at first. 2) Being mindful of patients' condition and clearly noting it in the file somewhere. I also have tendinitis in my wrists, which was noted in my doctor's orders, but I was told to do stretches/exercises that put uncomfortable pressure on them. I had to remind the staff a few times so not to further inflame my condition. 3) I had three areas that my doctor wanted me to have addressed using physical therapy (shoulder, wrist and feet). I was told they could only address one issue at a time, which is fine and we started with my shoulder. After my shoulder was treated, they graduated me and I was on my merry way. However, they didn't address my two other issues, so I am going to another therapist that focuses on the hands and will see my podiatrist for my feet. I would highly recommend LSTC.

  After several weeks of therapy here at Loudoun Sports, my knee is significantly improved. The staff and professionalism of this organization is first-rate! I highly recommend them!!

  Staff was very helpful. Appointments easy to schedule and office runs on schedule. Therapists are helpful and efficient, listen to feedback. Designed an at home program that was easy to follow.

  Highly recommend this team of professionals ! I have never had to have physical therapy and The Loudoun Sports team was highly energetic and fun to work with. I made friends for life and feel amazing after my Motorcross accident! You will not be disappointed!!!

  They helped me gain strength back in my shoulder that I lost my a climbing injury. Now I'm able to climb again without pain and use the correct muscles to avoid another injury. It has been an awesome experience working with them to get better. The team/staff here are excellent.
