He is living independently but has memory issues and frequently got confused about what pills to take and when. The APC system packaged all his pills in one daily pouch, with the date and his name on each one. What a difference it has made! All his frustrations have gone away and he is consistently taking all his pills. What's more, the staff at APC have given him personal, patient service - - making sure that he understands how the service works - and that he is comfortable. He loves it too! I can't tell you what a difference this has made. We HIGHLY recommend this company!!

As a Home Health Agency, we work closely with APC to assist us in helping our patients be compliant with their medications, and stay in the home to age in place. They are at the patient's home quickly upon receiving a referral, and provide status updates to our agency, so that we can facilitate the best care possible for our patients.
