Responsive to my request for service and offered full transparency on pricing and other service considerations. The Production Manager arrived on time, was friendly and professional. We walked through my home to discuss service expectations and my needs. Then I walked through again to see the end product which was just as I expected. There is no lingering chemical smell and the water extraction is also superior.

I cleared out small furniture in advance to make the process smooth and to get the most expansive benefit of the cleaning. The Production Manager placed wedges underneath most of the larger pieces of furniture that remained in the rooms. I also reviewed Zerorez’ BBB reviews and online reviews. I am pleased and highly recommend their service.

We were very pleased with the finished product, couch and area rug look and smell brand new. Our Technician was on time, super efficient and extremely thorough. Also he was knowledgeable about which materials needed certain types of products in order to clean them and took great precautions to not have them ruined. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to have Carpets/Couches/Mattresses cleaned.

The team did an excellent job cleaning stubborn stains on our brand new porcelain tile floor. The owner was on site and used his expertise as to know exactly which floor cleaning products they needed to use for positive results. The floor looks amazing! He educated us on which products to use at home as well. They were on time, respectful, and affordable. I will definitely use their services again. And highly recommend to everyone I know.
