  Dr John is awesome!
  He fixed my shoulder in just a few visits. I had a fall that resulted in an aching shoulder. Beyond the dull ache there was a sharp pain when I moved it a certain direction. Found r John two weeks after the fall, the pain was persistent until Dr John treated me. My first experience having my shoulder adjusted.
  Dr John is very thorough and I'm so glad to have a skilled Dr in case I have any future ailments. Plus I believe in getting adjusted periodically as preventive care.
  Additionally his office and staff are amazing. He allows us to use top notch massage chairs while we wait, great way to loosen up! His staff is pleasant and skilled, they do a great job administrating stem, stretching and massage. For massage they used a pulsating device that is unlike any other electronic device I've previously experienced, does a great job loosening tight muscles.

  The office and staff at NOVA Chiropractic & Rehab Center are top notch. They are truly a pleasure to see when I go in for health visits. They are always prompt to answer phone calls, emails and any questions I throw their way. They are always friendly, kind, and don't make you feel rushed or bothersome. They are the best office staff that I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

  I have been going to see Dr. Ratcliffe for the past fourteen years for various back issues (not his fault, I have a really bad back!). I love his holistic approach to treating chronic pain! He and his staff are extremely friendly and I always enjoy Dr. Ratcliffe's positive attitude, jokes, and the way he shares wise counsel with his patients. I recommend him highly!

  I am very pleased with my experience at Nova Chiropractic & Rehab Center of Sterling. It is good to be treated with professionalism and personalized care. Dr. Ratcliffe has been very thoughtful and careful in handling my sensitivity to pain. He has a good grasp of my condition and his protocols to handle the same are very effective. He is friendly and has a great sense of humor, which helps keep the adjustment sessions upbeat and fun.
  The staff is courteous and friendly makes me feel I am in safe hands.

  This office is conveniently located. All equipment is clean and up to date. The office staff is very welcoming, responsive and knowledgeable. We have always had someone to answer our questions, and respond to any other needs. Dr. Ratcliffe is very good at what he does. Will definitely go again.
