  Overall a surprisingly pain-free experience. I went there because of the good reviews on Google. I have a 6 month old HP Pavillion laptop that needed the keyboard repaired. They called me within a day to say the problem required a whole new keyboard. They ordered it, installed it, and got it back to me in about a week. The keyboard is a little different but it works perfectly as opposed to the other one. Very happy with the experience and it cost a little shy of $200.00. I thought the price was reasonable for what I got and not having to get a whole new laptop. Would use again and do recommend.

  At first it wasn't fixed but then i came back and i could play the games that i wanted to play i couldn't play fortnite I know its bad. but i like it. I wanted to play but when i opened it it's a black screen I love this place its very cheap you can get alien ware so much cheaper than best buy or other places

  This shop has real expertise on handling all sorts of tough PC issue from total hardware failure to various challenging hidden problem.   David was wonderful and very knowledgeable. My computer had to have a new hard drive. It was completed in 24 hrs as promised. No hidden fees. Highly recommend!
