However, our furniture and fragile boxes were not handled with the care we expected. Scratches, chips, and breaks in several pieces were common. I would recommend Star but I would be diligent in checking your furniture and delicates over carefully once delivered to submit your insurance claim for the repairs.”

Raquel took her time to explain the process of renting a unit, best ways to store items, as well as moisture maintenance. Finally, she explained all the billing in detail, how to access the gate and unit, and all those minor details that many representatives fail to tell you or that the consumer forgets to ask. Raquel was very professional and helpful and I hope you are fortunate to show up on a day she is working. To add, the facility was well kept as well as the grounds and inside the storage facilities.”
