From the moment we walked in to the point in which the flooring was completed was approximately 2-3 weeks, which was EXTREMELY fast in my experience as that also included the purchase and shipping of the materials. “EDIT: 10/25 - Added a star because I received a phone call from Woofgang with an apology with how the appointment turned out and a promise to make things right next time we stop by. Relatively small gesture, but definitely speaks for their customer service. ------------------------------------- Somewhat inconsistent. It’s a great spot if your dog needs a full blown grooming, but not so much for trims/undercoat maintenance. I’ve taken my Australian Shepherd here a few times, and to be fair they’ve usually done a pretty good job with previous appointments. However, when I took him this weekend, I requested a shampoo/blow drying, deep brushing for his undercoat, fur trimming, and nail trimming. 2+ hours later, I was given a dog with an “okay” haircut, nails trimmed too close to the quick, and a coat that seemed to have only gone through a quick shampoo and dry. In fact, patches of his fur still felt a little damp in the undercoat. I should also mention the handfuls of fur I had to brush out the next day (which makes me question if he was brushed at all). I’m somewhat tempted to find a new groomer, but I’m also hoping this was a fluke appointment. Either way, not the worst option in the area, but definitely be attentive of which specific services you request.”

“Went last Friday evening for the first time. The wait was much longer than the initial 30 minutes I was estimated. After ~45 my name is called overhead. Didn’t Abe enough to fill the script. Gave me 3 days with and hope to swing by after business hours tomorrow. No place is perfect, and entire store staff that I encountered were lovely! So 80% pleased with first visit. I’m sure they will rise in my rating eyes in no time!????????✝️”
