(October 26, 2019, 10:11 am)This review is for an employee not the store. I found a door online that I wanted and the website said the store had 2 in stock. I went to the store, couldn't find the door, and had a great deal of difficulty finding an employee who would take the time to help, but when I did she was a gem. Many, many thanks to LeShawn at the Zions Crossroads store in VA for her dedicated help. She stayed with me until the situation was resolved which entailed ordering the door online there at the store. Give her a raise! The best Lowe's employee I've encountered ever.

(October 8, 2019, 10:32 pm)Super helpful with our shed project. We ordered the wrong size shed, it was paid for a month back and we found we couldn't dig because of utilities cables. We went back to the store and sat down with Gary, the projects guy. He spoke to his manager, they agreed to refund us the first shed, and charge a new shed. Extremely helpful, we're always satisfied dealing with them.
