  I find the appeal is the location if u just realize how close this spot is 2 places I visit when needing 2 do shopping. Also it seems 2 be a good popular family spot with inexpensive choices relatively. The food isn't bad either but isn't gonna quite hit like other places and that's okay.

  Well unlimited pancakes are a definitely good part of ihop not to mention the different flavors of syrup. The only down falls are a little on the slow side getting your food and I wish the steaks were a little bigger with the steak and egg combo. Besides that it's pretty good to me but that's just my opinion.

  Juan was my waiter for the second time and just as before, he went beyond and provided excellent service with a great personality. He has turned it from a simple place to eat to a place to enjoyment. I am not taking away from the remaining staff but Juan is definitely an example and asset for the Restaurant to aspire for in its staff. Food was much better than it had been in the past. I suggest giving it another try if you have been disappointed before,but ask for Juan for the best experience.

  Pretty good. Service was excellent. Lots of new foods such as waffle cake (like you would get at a fair) and specially pancakes like ones made like a cinnamon roll would be. Core foods like hash browns seem to be coming out of a tray or something not as good as I remember for sure. And now... they have catering?! Yes they do.
