(March 13, 2019, 11:01 pm)On a Saturday morning, my jeep started spewing smoke on the side of the interstate with my two small Kids inside and loaded fully with items from my business. Ed (the owner) was prompt to return my call, less than 5 minutes. he gave me step by step instructions how to leave me vehicle for him so I could get my two kids to safety and off the narrow shoulder with large trucks running past at 80 mph! within 2 hours he texted me that he had my vehicle and would take a look at it! To my extreme luck it was an easy fix! Within a day of looking at it he had it fixed and ready for me to pickup! He was flexible with my schedule for pickup as I live over an hour away from his shop!
Great small business and personable!! And reasonably priced!!
Hopefully I never need another tow that far from home, but if so Bumpass Towing will be my ONLY call! -

(February 28, 2019, 2:17 pm)They were super helpful and really prompt. Within hours they had the vehicle towed and delivered to the new stop. The cost per mile as well as the hook up cost was very reasonable, especially for how prompt they were.

I would absolutely recommend her for any towing situation. Thank you so much Cindi for providing an excellent service and your comforting words during this situation. It's nice to see a company who actually cares about their customers.

(June 8, 2018, 10:21 am)Ed answered the phone and came out and picked up my truck with no issues! Everyone else failed to answer or respond to voicemails. He will be the guy I recommend to everyone and use in the future! He is very honest as well as did not try to nickel and dime me. Being a woman that happens at times and it was nice to deal with such a honest person.
