  Our group of 24 came from 5 different states to gather for Christmas week. This home was the biggest blessing!
  Clearly it is a gorgeous home. Because it was winter, we were unable to really use many of the outdoor amenities. But the fire pit was greatly enjoyed as well as fishing from the dock. Almost every room has the most incredible water view and sunrises that were so gorgeous every single day. The one thing the pictures don't capture is that the water view, especially when the leaves aren't on the trees, is more than 180 degrees. It's stunning! We also enjoyed family walks down the long driveway.
  
  Our family has rented multiple homes from NC to MD for reunions, and none has accommodated us as well as this home. The layout of the home allows for each suite to feel private and quiet. The bathrooms/ showers are lovely. There are so many different areas of the home for entertaining and relaxing that you can always find something to do or a quiet place to escape if you have a large group! The children were NEVER bored in this home, between the play room, movie room and pool table.
  
  Because it was a holiday week, we were planning to do lots of cooking. We were completely impressed with how well equipped this kitchen was! With this many people, we were constantly cooking and cleaning up. There was plenty of refrigerator space. We so appreciated the double ovens. Having two dishwashers was amazing; one was always humming along while we were loading the next. The layout of the kitchen is just perfect for working, serving and entertaining. It was truly perfect! We also loved the intercom system.
  
  Obviously there would be so much more to say if the weather had permitted more outdoor play. Since we had gathered from many states, we did enjoy an easy day trip up to DC to see the sights.
  
  Last of all, the owner was completely accessible, helpful and amazing to work with. I couldn't recommend this place more!

  Simply put, you will NOT be disappointed! The owners/caretakers are easily accesible to answer any and all questions leading up to your stay and are incredibly quick to respond to any requests. The pictures do NOT do this place justice although the pictures are fantastic! It is a warm and inviting home that was meticulously cleaned. Everything you need is included other than food and booze. The bedrooms are all large and almost all have their own bathroom. The ADA room on the main floor made life MUCH easier for my grandfather, and EVERYONE in the family was truly blown away! The game room on the top floor, movie theater and the water slide were big hits with my family, and we will certainly look forward to staying at this incredible property in the future. We had a fantastic trip and have already recommended this property to friends looking to plan a family reunion.

  Beautiful house!! I stayed here for a weekend in the spring and it was absolutely amazing. The owners have thought of everything, and you can tell they've put a lot of time and energy into the house. It's very private and was a great place to spend time with my family and friends. The team was also super helpful with providing information about the house, and they even offer to let people come and see it before they stay. They were super excited to share their property and make it our best vacation.
