  I was very comfortable with Sara. She had so much knowledge on the phones and she was very very patience. She helped me with my phone claim and helped me set up my phone.
  She's an amazing multi-tasker as well. I'll always come back to Sara for my phone needs!

  Sara is absolutely awesome! I had ordered a refurbished phone from another company, she tried so hard to make it work including guiding me when I called the company to try to make it work. In the end I had to get a new phone because I needed the phone number immediately. She was so thorough on options, I got the new phone and she updated it quickly so I was able to walk out of the store with all my information on it. I go to the West End for much of my shopping but Sara is my Verizon person who I will only deal with, I will wait till she is working to work with her!!
