    Nice place to visit and learn about the area. Nice items for sale, but a bit pricey.

    I work at the Lake Anna Visitor Center because I feel that I know more about the area than anyone. i have lived on Lake Anna Formy entire life (46 years) and have intimate knowledge of all of the history, places to go, restaurants, activities and people who live in this community. Mr. Cotton in another review seems offended that everything isn't free around this area. i would like Mr. Cotton to know that donate my time to help people, The owner of the Visitor Center donates the building (and pays for maintenance, water, sewage and electricity out of his pocket) , and space to house the visitor center free to help out everyone who needs information. For him to sleight the LAVC is offensive to all those who care about the area, tourism and our lake. I'm sorry he feels so entitled that he doesn't appreciate the hard work we have put into the community with out asking anything in return.

    Stopped in today for some info on Lake anna. Jonathan was extremely helpful and informative and pointed us in the right direction. And provided some interesting stories about the area. Great service! Definitely recommend!
